Executive coaching for complex professional contexts

Complex leadership roles rarely fail for lack of effort. The difficulty is often relational as well as individual: how to think clearly, act responsibly, and make good decisions when pressures are real, stakes are high, and the work depends on relationships across roles, teams or organisations.

I work with senior professionals and teams navigating complexity, responsibility, change and difficult decisions. My approach combines executive coaching with clinically informed psychological thinking, helping clients step back from immediate pressures to examine the assumptions, relationships, patterns and system dynamics shaping their situation. I offer a range of linked services grounded in this approach.

This is neither generic performance coaching nor therapy. It is a space for clearer judgement, better conversations and more grounded action in complex professional contexts.
